IS RACISM ILLEGAL?

THINK about that question a second before you answer. If you think that it is illegal what is your definition of racism? The civil rights act of 1964 “outlaws” discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, public accommodations, and “EMPLOYMENT”!!!! So with that law enacted, does that change your idea of the meaning of racism? There doesn’t seem to be a lot of ambiguity in the wording of the law and yet there are a lot of differences in the way people interpret what it REALLY means. The race hustlers (I would name them but you already know who they are) jump right on the bandwagon of selfish opportunity to make as much hay as they possibly can without really worrying about the very people that they claim they represent. In reality the number of blacks (is that the right term to use today?) the “right term” changes. It used to be Negros or people of color, so I am uncertain of what term doesn’t offend someone today. With that in mind any adjective I might use means no offense to anyone. I guess what that really means is that if you are offended by what I say, get over it. Ruffled feathers are your problem, not mine. Back to the Civil Rights Act, according to what it says there can be no pre-qualifications for ANY of the situations listed in the act. It does NOT say that black people, brown people, red people, yellow people, green people, blue people, or any other color of people are the only people, protected by this law. I clearly remember that point of the law! EVERYONE was supposed to be judged by the content of their character NOT THE COLOR OF THEIR SKIN!!! From that time on job applicants were to be looked at with impartiality concerning everything but ability to perform to required standards. Everyone can apply for any job and the best qualified gets the job…………. Right??…………. RIGHT??……….. As if! How about the people that didn’t get the job last week? Or last year, or last century, or last anything? Doesn’t it mean that because of past discriminations that special preference must be given today for any group that feels that they were unjustly put on the short end of the stick just because they belong to that group? Now just how that would balance out the past wrongs never was explained. The LAW didn’t say so, and yet the race hustlers (I’ll call them charlatans) were loudly proclaiming that it was only reasonable to make “adjustments and quotas” to make up for past inequities! You know, the past sins thing. The flaw in all of this is that the “SINS” were NOT COMMITTED against the current applicants. Yet preference should be given them in the name of “fairness”! THIS MADE NO SENSE!!!….. AND IT STILL DOESN’T!!!!!! Considerations of abilities were way down the list if they were considered at all. One would think that as a nation we would move away from all the inequities by now. After all that law was passed in 1964, how could this still be a problem? The thing is that IF the racism agenda goes away the money train for a great number of people, organizations, and political affiliations, (the charlatans), will disappear. All of these organizations have a tremendous stake in keeping discord alive. So much so that there are coordinated efforts to show that racism is still not only bad, but maybe even worse than ever! These groups, and individuals, are not above creating phony situations for the sole purpose of screaming RACISM!!!!!! As if that’s not bad enough, some of the news outlets run with the lies. Some do so because they want to be on the forefront of current events, and some are very sympathetic to the agenda being pursued so they don’t care if it is true or not………. they like the headline……. and if it turns out not to be true the can run an, “ooooops” on page 14 of the classifieds. Besides……… it had its desired effect. Harry Ried bragged to the truth of that when asked by a interviewer if he was sorry about the lies he told about Romney and he replied,” he didn’t win did he?” That encapsulates the prevailing attitude of the liberals in both parties! (unfortunately) Their method had a built in flaw however. I call it a method because I don’t think that it was a cohesive “plan” of action. I think it was more of a gravy train that a lot of people jumped on because it garnered sooooooo much money. The BIG money raised required making a lot of people feel guilty about something they had nothing to do with. Sounds fair to me, how about you? The Charlatans kept going from one injustice to another trying to outdo each other as the “downtroddens” best friend, they really cared! Yea……..BULLROAR!!!…….. they only EVER cared about promoting themselves! If, no not if, when anyone was hurt by their discord it was no big deal the “privileged” could use a little payback even though they had nothing to do with the problem. The Charlatans cause was being kept alive and that was, and is objective! The problem that was created is similar to the boy crying “wolf”! It won’t last! More and more people of the offended groups are finding out that there are not as many wolves as they were told. BUT………. wait a minute! I….. me… I… feel discriminated against! Am I protected by the 1964 law? Does this “white privilege” thing mean I’m not protected? If not, why not? Besides how do I, or anyone else, know for sure that I don’t have any complain-able blood in my veins? What percent is necessary to scream RACISM???? Maybe a bloodline isn’t necessary, just intent…….. THAT’S IT! Intent overrides fact!! “I think therefore I am.” I heard that someplace and I think it could fit here.

So, I am now a successful businessman and I am looking to fill an executive position. Is it permissible to advertise for a “white transexual, mostly male, only need to apply?” If not, why not? If the President of The United States can put qualifiers on employment, why can’t anyone!!!! Certainly it would help create “equity…… fairness”, or can I advertise for a Mexican midget because I raise low hanging fruit and everyone KNOWS that Mexicans are the best at picking fruit. Or how about if I want to hire some Chinese because I am building a railroad. Whose rights are protected here and who has to pay for abuses or even for “insults”, past and/or current?

We are getting to a point in our history where people really ARE being judged by their character and not their color. More and more people are being hired because of merit, not color or social status. This is a situation that the “charlatans” are most fearful of. That not only makes their programs unnecessary, it strips them of their phony “good intentions” and exposes them as the liars and self indulgent charlatans that they are. More importantly, to them, is that their money sources will dry up. They will become discards on the trash heap of history. For all the discord that they have fostered I cannot think of a more fitting requiem for them than that! Candice Owens is one of the classiest, highly intelligent, and articulate people I have ever listened to. She is a person that I consider a bright and rising star, and she is not alone. I hope she is the new face of any new “black movement” because she promotes responsibility, self improvement, and all things that will improve their lives by the things that they do for themselves and their families……… and you know what?………. more and more people are listening. The lug nuts are falling off of the wheels of the Charlatans wagon and soon they will be dragging along like a broken down old sled, fittingly so.

Back to the REAL QUESTION here. If it isn’t legal to post an ad for help outlining discriminatory requirements……… HOW……. WHY…… is it legal for the head law enforcement officer in the whole country, President of the United States, to do JUST THAT in advertising for a position for SUPREME COURT JUSTICE???……….. and then to make the argument that such a selection would help bring BALANCE to the supreme Court!! Only “black women” will be considered! Now……. if that is not a racist requirement please tell me what else it could be. BALANCE?……..BALANCE????????…… we don’t need balance on the Supreme Court…….. WE NEED ADHERENCE TO THE CONSTITUTION OF THESE UNITED STATES!!!!!!!!!!! Anything less will just provide more derision to a country that already has too much. This position requires the “BEST QUALIFIED” person available for the job! It shouldn’t matter what color, what gender, real or assumed, or what anything else the nominee is or has. WHY IS THE PRESIDENT EXEMPT FROM THE 1964 civil rights act? This is a lifetime appointment, not a trial and error effort. This should never be a place to “adjust the constitution to what it should mean! “You know, what the founding fathers REALLY MEANT“, they just didn’t take the time to be explicit on this “one” thing. NO…….NO…….NO…… Our Constitution was written by GREAT MEN guided by the hand of God and there should be absolutely no room for “PERSONAL BIASES” by people that sit on a panel of “9 black robes” that have the power to decide the lives of the whole nation! Let ALL of us pray that our representatives have the fortitude to NOT BE SHAMED into voting for an idealog no matter who it is.

Here we are again, Good vs Evil! This is a timeless, relentless battle, that must be continually fought!!!!! “WANTED, ONE SUPREMELY QUALIFIED NOMINEE FOR SUPREME COURT JUSTICE…… Lets hope there is enough starch in Washington. Voice your opinion to the people that make these choices. Call your reps……………
